Q) How do I wash my Soft Path Socks?

A) Soft Path Socks can be machine washed in warm water. Tumble Dry.

Q) Where are Soft Path Socks made?

A) Soft Path Socks are made in the U.S.A. Michigan to be exact! All Soft Path Socks are manufactured and shipped from the Metro Detroit area.

Q) What is my size?

A) Fit is of vital importance with any diabetic sock. Be sure to find the correct size to avoid socks slipping or bunching up. Please use our size chart to figure out the size that will work best for your needs. View Size Chart

Q) I understand what I will get with the “standard” style subscription option. What can I expect in the “contemporary” style option?

A) With our “contemporary” style option you can expect to receive a pop of color in your sock drawer with each monthly delivery. Each month we will feature a new and exciting color to feature. Q) When will I receive my 1st Soft Path Socks subscription order?

A) All 1st time orders ship within 1-2 days of initial order. Every subscription order that follows will process on the 1st of each month.

 Ground – shipments usually arrive within 2-8 days via UPS/USPS

 2nd Day- 2nd Day products arrive within 2 days of pickup via UPS. The best effort will be made to ensure products made using 2nd day shipping ship same day if orders are made before 3pm EST.

 Next Day- Next day orders will arrive within 1 Day of order processing. Delivered via UPS Next Day Shipping. The best effort will be made to ensure products made using next day shipping ship same day if orders are made before 3pm EST.

*** 2nd and next day shipping options do NOT include weekend days. (e.g. next day orders shipped on Friday will not be delivered until Monday)

Q) Can I skip a month?

A) Yes, you can manage your subscription by logging in using the email you used when you checked out. Once you log in, click 'Manage Subscriptions'.

Q) How do I cancel my subscription?

Q) How can I track my Soft Path Socks shipment?

A) After you place an order and the order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email

Q) Will I pay for shipping?

A) All Soft Path Socks subscription orders ship FREE! Any sock orders over $30 made on our retail page ship FREE!

Q) Do you offer gift wrapping?

A) Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time. We are always working to improve our processes and hope to add this feature soon. If that a feature you think you’d like, feel free to drop us a note at info@mysugarsocks.com and let us know.

Q) I really like the “featured” color sock for this month! Can I get more?

A) Absolutely, all available Soft Path Socks color options are available on our retail page. But hurry, they’re only available while supplies last.
